The Savage Market
Savage sits on the Scott County side of the Minnesota River corridor, bordered by Prior Lake, Shakopee, and Burnsville. The city’s commercial base is concentrated along Highway 13 and the McColl Drive corridor, with additional office and light industrial stock near the intersection of County Road 42. The Murdock Road industrial area houses distribution and manufacturing tenants whose facilities require cleaning between shifts or after business hours, not during them. We are familiar with the access requirements, dock schedules, and floor conditions common to that class of building.
